Intermediate Tai Chi: Designed for experienced participants to help bring their “Tai Chi” skills to the next level. Focus your practice on Tai Chi fundamentals, improved energy awareness and enhanced body-mind connection using more complex form movements, advanced qigong and other exercises. Pre-Requisite: one-and-a-half years experience, or instructor’s permission. Held on Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm-7:45pm. 9-week sessions are available for registration.
This class is designed for intermediate and above tai chi practitioners interested in exploring a more detailed understanding of the fundamentals of movement, standing meditation, push hands, qi cultivation and other aspects of the ancient arts of tai chi & qigong. Attendees should currently be attending an intermediate or equivalent tai chi training class. Prerequisite: 2 years of tai chi experience or permission of the instructor.
