Many of our facilities are available for private rental. All facility reservations require a facility use permit. Reservations are accepted via mail or in-person with a completed Facility Reservation Application & payment. We accept cash, checks (made payable to "Town of Coventry"), debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). There is a 3% service charge for credit card use.
The Parks & Recreation Department has two additional brochures disseminated through Coventry schools and online: 1. Summer Day Camp brochures are available mid-February with registration beginning in March; and 2. the “Recreation Daze” Before & After School program brochure, available in June for the following school year.
In the winter there are openings for Basketball gym supervisors, referees, and timeclock/scoreboard attendants.
Applications for all summer positions are always available on the last Thursday in January, and applications are always due the first week in April. Interviews follow during the second or third week in April, with decisions being made the first week in May.
