Join this energizing practice for every level student! Music, movement and breath work to release stagnant energy and internal obstructions so you feel free in your body! Head out feeling recharged and back in control! Beth Prose, Instructor Yoga creates an opportunity for me to recover, reflect and rejuvenate! The moving meditation on my yoga mat helps both calm and inspire me. I hope to give the gift of yoga to all of my students. I became certified to teach yoga at Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester, CT in 2014 and have taught various classes in the quiet corner. I am also lucky enough to be an educator for Windham Public Schools; offering classes to our students and teachers. I have also worked with the sports teams at Windham High School and revel in their successes! I live and practice yoga in Willimantic, CT with my husband and puppy, Rosie. We have six grown children and two grandchildren. I bring my wisdom and life experience to every class and hope to see you on your mat!
